    Here’s how this will work. If you don’t want your sub to ever move again, I will do Japan after I do Germany. But as long as I have a German fleet that your Russian sub can play can opener to, I will wait for your word before proceeding with Japan. Knowing whether you want to play can opener helps me figure out where that impressive Japanese air is most needed.
