    But it might be partly my fault because it’s been several weeks since Italy got bombed, because of the delays I’ve caused

    You would only be able to build 3 more units next turn.
    I think you should make the necessary repairs this turn and place your units.  Maybe only place 1 fighter and 1 sub so you’re not changing your buy at the end of your turn.  Fix the damage down to 4 and place those 2 units, or propose a counter-offer.

  • Well, honestly, if I had noticed the damage I would have probably just saved my money.  That ensures I can build next time without damage hinderance.  So, rather than build anything, I would prefer to just hold onto the 26 IPCs for a total of 52.

    I agree to that, since the oversight probably wouldn’t happen if we were playing face to face without long delays.  OK, then I can proceed.
