I’m curious about what that passage says.

I still maintain you’d have to violate neutrality for that bmb to take part in any can opening. It’s a dead horse anyway seeing as how both the bmb and the arm are now safely dead.  :evil:

What do the rules say about neutral territories and violations? I’ve checked online and the only rulebook upload I found was a megaupload which has since been blocked by the government. I’ll check the faq and rules section, because I know I read it at some point . . . or at least I think I do which isn’t always the same thing.

It says you can’t fly over a unfriendly neutral (unless attacking it) and that strictly neutral works like unfriendly neutral except that when attacked all strictly neutral gang up on you.
