I think i might be losing some German territories very soon. Just to confuse you even more the rules for SBR have changed back to Alpha 2 where you can just pay off your damage and build whatever amount. If you go to the Global thread on this site Cmdr Jen has put all the up to date rules there for Alpha 3. Also in the Alpha 3 rules double check the US NOs because I dont think you get the full 30 in NOs any more. I think the multiple islands one was canned for a NO in France so that may mean 5 IPCs off the US.
