  • This game should be proof that Italy at its worst, is not a big deal if everything works out. I see this as an opportunity to demonstrate the in game decisions that can make up for the rules. To start, a coup takes out Mussolini, Italy is under new command.  Regarding the new convoys: Thanks IL  :evil: I suppose there will be days then only 1 out of 5 are successful.

  • Perfect, I like a challenge, only one Convoy failed out of 6 I’m tempted to subtract 6 so I can test the concept of an Italian Phoenix ;)

    You could easily have taken less convoy damage than you did.  Normally, you would have taken 3 dmg (2 destroyers, 1 aircraft carrier.)

    Also, you took 1 dmg too many.  Aircraft Carriers cannot do Convoy Damage.  So add one IPC to Italy.

    Oh, yes, you are correct.  I thought only Jets were 2 dice, but he does say any carrier based aircraft and submarines roll 2 dice each.

    Or kill 1fighter, 1dd, and damge cv: you have a cv and ftr-I retreat and it splashes
