This game should be proof that Italy at its worst, is not a big deal if everything works out. I see this as an opportunity to demonstrate the in game decisions that can make up for the rules. To start, a coup takes out Mussolini, Italy is under new command. Regarding the new convoys: Thanks IL :evil: I suppose there will be days then only 1 out of 5 are successful.

I had a feeling the convoy was broken for the other way(needing twice the ships), looks like its broken both ways if you go high or low.

You could easily have taken less convoy damage than you did. Normally, you would have taken 3 dmg (2 destroyers, 1 aircraft carrier.)
Also, you took 1 dmg too many. Aircraft Carriers cannot do Convoy Damage. So add one IPC to Italy.
I did Italy right…dd is one roll, 2 fighters are 4 rolls and I placed a 0 under the number of rolls for AC, I only listed it to show I saw it.

Oh, yes, you are correct. I thought only Jets were 2 dice, but he does say any carrier based aircraft and submarines roll 2 dice each.
