Since the Combats don’t show.

I took out the Japan fleet in Sz 38.  I went max defense for you.  Saw no reason to go anything else.  Plus you had a bunch of 4 defenders anyway.  Luckily my sub never hit so it wasn’t an issue.

And for Italy I went 5 inf, 2 rt, 1 arm, 2 ftrs.

GG concede.  In hindsight none of the risks I took in that last sequence worked out (except the initial can-opener by Italy).  It may have been overly risky but I figured I ought to give it a try when the 28% can-opener battle worked out.  But i needed to take moscow with 5+ tanks or enough to hold it for a turn.  Didn’t happen.  GG well played!

Good game.

I was getting a bit ansty stacking Epl and really hoped you wouldn’t do the can opener attempt, but as they say, hope isn’t a plan.  lol!  Luckily I was able cover it.  But could have turned into a disaster for me.
