@mikawagunichi thanks for the game, was a hard one from the start…your PH attack really flummoxed me for a bit. The only problem I can see is that you allow china to keep the burma road open. Japan could never keep china under check after a few turns.
How do you feel the european theatre went? I thought you were gearing up for sealion with your starting buys, but maybe the gibastion move put you off?

I like buying 2 bombers to start with Germany since it gives you the flexibility to bomb London if going for SL and attack British fleet in the Med, depending on where the ships are. Without those I probably don’t do the round 2 attack in 94.
I like doing J1, it’s a move people don’t deal with often. There are a lot different ways you can focus the round 1 attacks, substituting Yunnan for the British battleship is an option. To be fair, though it’s tough for Japan to fight so many enemies at once and this move is probably better when the bid is at least 9 so you can get a TT and land unit in China.
I think my biggest mistake of the game was letting you take Norway with so few units and not being in position to immediately take it back. That really cut into Germany’s income and killed my momentum.
