Now that the Ottomans have nothing, I took the liberty to also do the Italian and American turns.

  • @SuperbattleshipYamato I will go ahead and concede this game. I tried a few new things and found that they didn’t work; such is the learning process! Would you be down for a rematch as the same sides? I think I can give you a better second game.

  • @Tamer-of-Beasts

    Yes!

I definitely want to play another game.

    Just one thing:

Will you allow it to be Low Luck? Thank you!

  • @Tamer-of-Beasts

By the way, what were the things you tried that didn’t work? Thank you!

  • @SuperbattleshipYamato We can try a low luck one. I wanted to see if:

    A) The Ottomans could get away with trying an Africa push and still hold on to the east for a while. I was wanting to see if the Africa money would offset the early investment, but it did not and as you can see you were able to take Constantinople by round 10.

    B) If Germany could attrition France sooner rather than later in the west, meaning taking bigger losses to try and force the French to fight in territories closer to Paris. Didn’t work at all (though this one was more for fun and I didn’t really think it would work that well.

  • @Tamer-of-Beasts

Yeah, that Africa move was certainly unique.

Looks like The Good Captain is still correct about German strategy.

I definitely noticed if Germany attacked too much in the west early the Central Powers eventually lose, no matter how many armies they chew up.

I sent you a direct message, please respond. Thank you!

Ready for the next game when you are. It would certainly be a different experience, playing low luck 1914 with someone else.

I only ever played 1914 low luck against myself before.
