    “Moving into a neutral territory is considered a combat move, and any combat must be resolved during the conduct combat phase (see ‘Combat Move‘). Before the neutral territory can be taken control of by the invading power, all of the neutral’s standing army units must be eliminated. Air units can’t fly over a neutral unless they are attacking it.

    @nikola1975 I did check it. In the Balance Mod rules post, it specifically mentions that the flyover rules for neutrals do not apply to Vichy France ones.

    "Game Consequences of Franco-German Armistice

    French Territorial Control: At the beginning of France’s first turn in which Armistice conditions are met, all originally French territories not already under Axis control immediately change ownership to Pro-Axis Neutrals, except: (1) French Equatorial Africa; (2) New Hebrides; (2) any French territories containing non-French allied land units.

    Any non-French allied air units in Vichy-controlled territory are destroyed upon conversion of the territory to Vichy control.

    With the exception of Southern France (see discussion of “Zone Libere” below), Vichy French territory operates the same way as other Pro-Axis Neutral territory. An Axis player may capture Vichy French territory and commandeer its forces by moving a land unit into the territory during the non-combat phase of his turn.

    Fly-over restrictions applicable to other Neutral territories do not apply to Vichy French territory."

    What do you mean by those bumps? Are you just impatient to play, or are you actually counting them for formal reasons? I hope we are both here for the same reason - to have fun.

    I would like to play more, but sometimes it’s not possible and I apologize that you sometimes wait for more than you would like to.

    @nikola1975 The bumps are in the League rules. And yes, they are formal warnings. When you mentioned that you couldn’t play until Saturday that time, that was fine. But when you don’t respond for 3 days, that’s a bump.

    5 - Posting Schedule

    The following is for the benefit of waiting players to be able to claim a win on an abandoned game and do not have to be exercised.
    5a - Time Limits - There is a 72 hour time limit per move (3 full days). This may be negotiated by the players at game start. If you agree to different time limits, you need to post it at the beginning of the game thread for the moderators to enforce. Of course, longer limits may always be allowed by a player to his opponent during the game - post these in the thread in case there is a dispute, for the moderators.

    For good sportsmanship, you should give defender decisions (casualty choices, scramble/intercept/submerge/ kamikaze decisions) to your opponent as soon as possible.

    5b - 72 hour warnings: If 72 hours goes by and there is no game-play post from your opponent (i.e. at least a game decision made), simply post “bump” and the number of the bump (Bump#1, Bump #2, or Bump #3), which creates the “warning”. (Note: only post “bump” in your warnings to make it clear you are issuing a warning. Do not add any other text in your warning post.)

    5c - “Bump” warning and consequences - Each “bump” warning resets the clock for another 72 hrs. However, on the 4th “bump” warning the offending player will be disqualified and declared the loser for that game. You cannot retroactively issue a “bump” warning (after your opponent posts). “Bump” warnings can be issued for posting of partial turns (for example, someone only posted their combat move), OOL requests, etc. but they follow the same 72 hour requirement.
