What I don’t like mostly is that you have left an unmobilised CV.
I’m a bit confused about the problem. You could have mobilised to SZ97 if you just put 1inf into N Italy.

@simon33 I think the engine fooled me. I tried to mobilise two land in SI, but still was unable to mobilize in that SZ. I can adjust to have the AC back as planned?

Yeah, if it’s all the same to you. Otherwise we’ll have that unmobilised CV lingering on through the rest of the game.
