  • I don’t know why it wouldn’t let me move some troops from the transport to Libya from Italy, so I had to leave it exposed. Is there some rule about with subs you can’t move troops around that I don’t know about?

    Let me help you to move the 2 infantries from Italy to Libya and keep your transport at same place with other navies.
    You can move the troops, but only in non-combat phrase. If you move during combat phrase, you have to destroy the submarine before landing troops because your transport is at the same sea zone as submarine when troops are landed.
