    Yes, there is a way, but that requires realizing that Novgorod is not worth holding on to at any cost. And your “Finland-adventures” with 8 inf and 1 art is not advisable. That’s for starters. Also, a healthy buy of inf and art the first rounds, and then all armor buy the round after Germany gets ready to move on Bryansk, makes it very difficult for Germany to advance as quickly.

    Also, you allowed Germany to go all in on Russia, with zero pressure in the west, due to you KJF strategy in the pacific.

    Those are my main observations initially.

    It all depends, but a healthy combo of inf and art for a round or two, getting ready to sit in Bryansk, combined with a R3/R4 Armor buy (depending on GDOW) making it hard for Germany to move within striking distance of Bryansk stack + freshly placed Armor.

    Yeah it makes sense. Of course only as long as Italy doesn’t get the area so that Germany can land planes for the defense
