wheat, looking at the map, it appears i have possibly forgot to move a bunch of russian infantry from moscow to bryansk - doesn’t look right. let me investigate.

yeah, i definitely did. i think i meant to move all 18 of the infantry that were in moscow to joint the forward stack in bryansk. had you noticed? did it affect your japanese move at all?

yeah with that big moscow stack, i just forgot to move the infantry forward. dunno if it was shellshock from the italians ripping me or what but i definitely intended to move those infantry forward. i highly doubt it affected your japanese move so i will start planning the allies and wait to hear from you.

I assumed that you intended to defend Bryansk with US air reinforcement.
But it makes no difference to Japan for this turn.

I am noticing some possible errors.
One, I am certain is an oversight: the UK units in China.
The others, you may or may not be unhappy about if I exploit, so I encourage you to take another look at the map and confirm that you’re happy with the NCM. I don’t want to have to deal with retroactive changes since both halves of the map are increasingly interrelated.

I did move quickly and yes at least forgot uk in china AGAIN. Let me take a look. Perhaps 91 fleet underdefended or other possibilities. Will try to look tonight. In a flurry to get off for the holidays flying out friday.

Speaking of which, I’ll be out of town for Christmas between the 23rd and 27th (give or take, depending on weather).

i admit i have had a hectic week and there was some time between my russia move and the japanese move. however i still do not see imminent victory for axis. unless you are looking several turns ahead and can that if i don’t do something this turn i will surely lose at least 2 moves from now. as i understand it, you have to take 2 of 3 of kwangtung, kiangsu, and hawaii and hold them for a full turn. as i see it, you cannot get enough to either chinese territory certainly this round, where i cannot efficiently take back.
ie europe, you must take volgo and hold it for a full round. i also do not see this occurring in the next two rounds.
at this point, i would just move the uk in china…. am i staring at imminent defeat and looking straight through it??

with as much as you can get to china and hawaii in a matter of 2 turns, i guess i probably cannot afford to exit the pacific with all the USA air. i will have to run some major calcs i guess… :|

alright, i agree china is a mess - i do not play china well, and the pacific is often my weakness. i will consolidate the chinese in kiangsi.

i guess the bulk of my chinese need to remain in kiangsi until the japanese get so huge then can kill this china stack… crazy stuff.
