    The game engine must handle it, and I think had enough IPCs.  I just never did an edit for cash, but AAA must do that whenever a capitol is edit over to a new owner.

    I’ll test it sometime :)

    I guess alot is relative.  This is the first year I have used AAA, most of my play was with battlemap.

    In this particular case, I actually did occupy France, so it was a non-issue.  In the turn for this other fellow, he ended up retreating with a fighter left in France.  If he took me up on the LL reroll, I was wondering about the engine mechanics in AAA, if you “change owner of a territority”, and it happens to be a capitol, do you automatically plunder it, or do you have to edit the IPCs manually.
