OK, I’m totally new to this strategic bombing deal as it has never seemed all that worth while until this new A3…. It is my understanding that your tac bombers cannot bomb the IC, but can bomb the naval and air bases, right? Also, they get to roll @1 each and then get to bomb as well? So they are escorts AND bombers? Doesn’t seem like the UK has much of a chance against this type of thing… Although the bases and IC also get to fire AA, don’t they… OK, a bit more risky then…
anyway, if all the above is true, let’s throw up all the fighters and see what happens. All new to me and I have no idea what is best to do!

It’s actually more simple now than it was in A2. Your fighters fire @1, all my planes fire @1, and whatever bombers remain get assigned targets. You’re right about the tacs not being allowed to bomb ic’s. I am allowed to choose my casualties against the fighters, but not the aa’s (which I suppose is somewhat obvious). Anywhoo….

That was fun. Sure seems like the strategic bombing aspect can be a real crippler for the UK early (as you are doing) and will only get worse as the UK cannot build enough fighters to contend… very interesting and very fun! All new stuff. Never had a game go like this one. And to continue along those lines…
