Hmm…there will be 2 Chinese inf popping up in the territories with no ground units, the air does not prevent them from popping up. this might be a problem in Chahar as the 2 bombers are lonely there. So there is a 12% chance the inf will defeat the 2 bombers. I assume this was unintentional.
To suggest a quick fix. You could at least move 1-2 fighter there so there is then just a 16% chance to kill an air or you just move an inf to each territory.
I guess moving 2 ground units is what you would do, right?

Sir, in order to proceed I decided to put 1 inf from Jehol to Chahar via edit mode. I think it would be ridiculous to have 12% chance to lost both and 30-40% chance to lose 1 bomber to that misconception of the partisan rule.
In Ahnwe I let it happen and will give the chinese the 1/6 chance to kill an air, I do not want to move more of your ground so I consider this the price of the new rules we need to learn. I guess its ok, I do not think it will be decisive.
Hope you agree with my assessment of that situation.

Man, what crazy dice, with UK the attack rolls were ridiculous but the defense rolls were poor, too.
However the chinese attack was a complete disaster. I had a 69% of winning however that outcome looked like bottom 10% or so :(
Now the allies have a severe problem with the super fast genocide in China :-/

Sir, in order to proceed I decided to put 1 inf from Jehol to Chahar via edit mode. I think it would be ridiculous to have 12% chance to lost both and 30-40% chance to lose 1 bomber to that misconception of the partisan rule.
In Ahnwe I let it happen and will give the chinese the 1/6 chance to kill an air, I do not want to move more of your ground so I consider this the price of the new rules we need to learn. I guess its ok, I do not think it will be decisive.
Hope you agree with my assessment of that situation.
