  • I don’t see any hope of Germany capturing Moscow and then driving down to Egypt with the sudden collapse of Japan, along with the ineffectiveness of Italy to do anything.  The Allies are going to be earning massive money that all will be poured to Europe.  I will concede rather than dragging this out for five more turns.

  • Thanks.  I made some mistakes in addition to losing the Japanese Navy.  I thought that I could get Egypt if I went for it on turn 3, but it wasn’t even close.  I should have had a better strategy early.

    If it helps, I’ve never managed to take Egypt early as the Axis.  Sometimes just trying it worth it, tho.  Because even when you fail, you force the Allies to spend money there.


  • Yup, I could have recovered if things weren’t going so poorly for Japan…
