    If you want to keep the current results, then the fleet needs to be moved back to Z18 and it needs to stay there. It can not be moved during both CM and NCM. If not, then we can discuss what other alternatives there are to resolve this situation.

  • I am not sure if you read my earlier posts, but you can’t move naval units during both CM and NCM. Which means the fleet needs to be moved back to Z18. If you dislike this as it influences your other choices, then we can discuss how else to resolve the situation.

    It is the simplest way to solve things, but had you attacked shantung if you had known this. A simple yes or no will suffice.
