i don’t think i have ever seen an axis and allies battle result so far off of the average. this was 170 ipc off the average TUV loss, this is frustrating.

Wow, I have a hard time to imaging how much it sucks to have such a suckout in a game which takes weeks in average.
I did not experience this in a real game only once in a simulation of the big battle I could not believe I lost a 100% battle on Moscow.However in your case you did not just lose, but the defender hat 6 units instead of average 2,5 left in case the attacker loses.
Means: Losing was 1%, and losing with 6 FTR remaining probably 0,1% or so. :-/
