In some seriousness, I’ll just count my blessings. I’ve had some seriious dicings against me as well. Right now, things are going my way. To be honest, I wish every game would have all the twists and turns end up equal in the end, and let skill win the day.
Although - check out my game against Mryogen. I lost 5 extra German aircraft early, then the next turn lost 5 extra Japanese air. Then, in the battle for Leningrad, he hit 10 (yes 10!) extra land units - mostly all mech and artillery. Maybe I saved up all the bad luck for him?

that’s opposite of my game against zhukov… he attacked moscow and lost 25 LESS land units than he should have. :-P

Ouch - that isn’t bad luck, it’s pure silliness.
I wish we had some way (other than straight LL) in league play to mitigate crap like that.

and to get it off my chest, alexandria was a 94% battle with 2.5 units left that failed miserably and i never mentioned not taking java on j3 with 88% which we know is big for several reasons. I’m getting middle level diced every turn but 1.

No doubt - I don’t argue any of it.
But a 30 IPC swing involving aircraft is significant too, yes? I’m allowed to express myself - but I recognize overall the luck has been on my side.
