I am also debating what kind of surge I want to do. Naval or fighter surge in the Atlantic. Not sure if I want to rush something or do some kind of foothold strategy. I kind of committed to the foothold thing.

I think I will do the double fighter choo choo thing. Boats and oceans suck ass in global.

Everytime I think about putting naval in the atlantic, flying fighters to russia seems way better. More flexibility for the allies, they can attack without worry and they generally hit defending. Fighter choo choo. :)
