It’s possible that my UK naval NCM will be prohibiting Japan from making legal moves.
I had thought that Japan wasn’t supposed to be allowed to load in a hostile combat zone. Now it looks like there’s an exception for newly at war powers which I was not aware of (see the global40 FAQ).
Unfortunately, tripleA does not recognize this exception, so the program won’t let you load in SZ36.
If you want, I can adjust my UK naval NCM to prevent this problem. I apologize for the hassle, I was not trying to exploit a glitch, I thought that hostile SZs always prevented loading.
