@nishav said in China liberates Hong Kong:
Per these two sentences in the Chinese rules, China cannot build in Kwangtung under any circumstances because it has a British mark on the board, not a Kuomintang marker, right?
Correct!
Since China does not have a capital when one of its territories gets liberated by an ally who gets the territory’s IPC(s), China or the ally liberating power?
@LewisClark China gets IPC. Liberate = Return to China. So China gets IPC. China also never looses any IPCs stored, cause as you stated, No Capital.
@Seath thanks for your quick reply.
