We’ve got an issue… ANZAC and France are supposed to be at war with Japan so the fleet shouldn’t be able to be in India.
@weddingsinger I only see french at war with Japan, Japan was moved during non combat… French dd is in sz 43; so It was not blocking me during non combat; I just saw your post about Anzac being at war, non the less, I would have been able to bring my fleet overthere in non Combat
