@Aaron_the_Warmonger I don’t know exactly the long term goal in Italian hands. The only conclusion I can come up with is to give Italy more of a northern Can Opening attack as well as give Italy more money for longer term play. Again, I find this foolish since it serves great use for Germany anyways. It’s been talked about, as said before, I’ve never seen it done and I have no plans to do it if I am ever Axis. I can see Bulgaria going Italian but not Finland.
Russia movement into China

Can Russia move its units or planes into China from the beginning of the game? Or are there any restrictions on that or does it negate anything else between it and Japan?

The Soviets must declare war on Japan in order to move into China RD 1. If JPN declares war on them, they can then also move in the RD after the JPN DOW

Reinforcing China is a DOW, but doesn’t affect the status with Mongolia. Reinforcing China is a great way to help stall japan.

Most players won’t reinforce China with USSR if it looks like Germany is going to drive into USSR.
