      No. Land and sea units that move in combat movement and/or participate in combat may not move in noncombat movement.

      @Panther Literally the one under “download and rules” on this website. But i checked a paper copy from a friend, and you’re absolutely right. The wording is as you say it is. Don’t know why the digital copy is different.

      Actually that one is a bit outdated. AH has released an edited version I think back in 2016. Find the latest versions here:
