V4 Rules:
1 Axis and Allies Classic (Triple A V3 version) is the game played in V4 using Triple A. A&A Global has proved to be too unbalanced, once balanced mode 2.0 is tested sufficiently, the league might return to A&A Global.
2 Each player has to play twice vs all the rest of the players in the league and must switch sides, to ensure only the best A&A player wins this league.
3 No one can refuse a game, otherwise this would not be a real league.
4 Wins score 1 point, losses 0. The league winner is the one scoring more wins. In case 2 players reach the same score, 1 breakthrough game would take place (players would agree side for this breakthrough game, referee will decide an assignment method in case players don´t agree).
5 Bid is eliminated in this edition.
6 Only NCM Edits accepted and only prior to opponent download of the file posted.
7 Players cannot agree on different rules to the league ones, again ensuring comparable value for all results.
8 Pure luck dice will be applied in V4. Dice emotion is important in A&A and dice also play, however, dice disasters can be mitigated by a reroll (only one per player until the opponent also uses one, can be low luck reroll on player demand, both attack or defense). Rerolls will be launched using forum dice. This will add more probabilities to win to the best strategy without eliminating the dice emotion and strategy adaptation impacts.
9 No Research Technology, as it puts too much value on luck and not in strategy.
10 Conflicts are resolved by “Consejo Relonchil” (league players committee).
11 An independent referee expert in A&A and law overseas the league and will resolve conflicts not fixed in “Consejo Relonchil”. Of course the referee cannot play in this league, otherwise it is not ensured that the referee is not favoring himself/herself.
