Haha I guess the devil wanted to remind me why I fear AA shots :wink:. You had good success in your other battles though, ended up pretty even. By a stroke of luck I was on my email and I saw the AA shots come in and I was thinking: ‘‘uh oh’’ lol.

I need to ask your for OOL.
3 hits round 1 in 97, one of them by the sub. I took the DD as casualty just to allow the other dice to roll.
However as there is no surprise strike you can of course choose the 3 casualties as you like.In case the DD would survive I would probably decide to continue in the forum in round 2, let’s see, I will announce prior to any further dice how I am gonna continue.

I got lucky so far and you only scored one hit in defense.
So there is no need to roll in the forum. I either retreat or continue and in this case the AC equals the DD.As I strafed Yugo I am now insecure what happens with the fighter in case I retreat. Can it land in Yugo? According to page 11 Europe rulebook it seems to me it can, however I am not sure.

No your fighter can’t land in Yugo, it’s an enemy territory. The rules explain that you can land Axis planes in a neutral that has been already attacked by the Allies but not taken. Yugo is pro-Allies, so you can’t land.

So can the UK fighter land in Yugo in that case?
