Why does ‘heavy bomber’ tech change the way my tactical bombers look like. I can’t find anything about it in the pdf.

I’m not sure, but may have something to do with dice rolls when they strategic bomb AB NB? I rarely use that ability, but it’s the only thing I can think of, because their combat dice don’t change.
