That battle was to high risk. Also a low luck reroll on that battle would not be kind to me. Low luck would mean in this case 2 and maybe 3 dead planes. I would simply end up losing to many planes.

You took that risk when you decided to build so many transports. You went down that path clearly but now you’ve neither taken London, nor advancing into Russia.
You should have taken London clearly, no matter the cost at this point.

Remember also, that USA has 0 ships in the Atlantic. That means you’d hold London for quite a while too. You wouldn’t need to protect it for a long time, since your navy is so big. That would have given you 8 extra IPC for a long time and Italy would have a very nice time sooner or later.

It’s looking very, very grim for you in both theaters now.

You assume I would have taken UK 100% of the time. This is not true. In fact there are situations in which you don’t take UK.

Okay. Thanks for the game again. The attack on London had 61% success chance, I thought it was higher. Although you’d still have that LL option.
You should have softened London with Italy before.

Will you post it after the 2014 League has started?

I never posted gameresults so far. Regarding this being my last game. It is the last one I am planning to start for a long time to come. I may or may not change my mind. I still have one ongoing game, which I will finish.
