WTF? I am not sure whether I have drunk something when doing my US/ANZAC round 1. I realized I sent an empty transport to Hawaii forgetting to load units on it.
Of course one could argue that this blunder already changed your plans to a more aggressive strategy, however I would at least ask if you would allow me to put the Units to Hawaii.
If you deny I would understand, you could have designed your Japan turn against stupid instead of reasonable Americans which would allow you to play differently :-/

Now I can tell the truth: The empty transport was part of a new “stealth program”. Transports pretending being harmless merchant ships but carrying deadly cargo hidden in its hull. Trojan Horse like.
