Next turn you should really be able to see where this J4 strat will really work well with your G4.  After next turn I will have 10 loaded transports with Japan ready to go wherever I need them (Well, 3 will be in sz 6 to take the phillipines).  In your case with the last game we played in, if you take them all to Cairo, there is no way I could get it back and I used everything I had to take that back when I did.

By the way, in the game that I got totally diced in Kwangsi, I am destroying him.  He does not have a chance:)

We just have to find some unsuspecting victims…  :evil:

One of the issues I see with this is the ability for UK Pacific to get huge with infantry, and basically not be able to be taken. So it looks like a very basic way to get around this is to do as you said - go for the Europe map win, with Japan supporting the taking of Egypt and holding it in force. However, it probably means the Allies kick the crap out of the Pacific map quickly. This is fun to playtest -
