    In my opinion this game has struggled for the Axis for a while already, but with a TUV  and income being twice that of the Axis, Allies will for sure win this game.

    It was a fun game. I am trying to develop a new strategy, with attacks on the strict neutrals. It has worked a few times, but I was slaughtered against you. Back to the drawing table :)

    i like how this game you can attack the neutrals. however, the penalty is far too great. i proposed an idea when larry harris the game designer was taking suggestions to fix the game between global first and 2nd releases.

    the idea was to have neutral blocks. so if you attack a european neutral the other european neutrals all become pro the other alliance. but the rest of the other neutrals around the world remain neutral unless they or one of the territories in their block was attacked.

    as it stands now, it is a bad idea to attack the neutrals, unless there is an odd late game situation.
