If that is really how you feel then I guess we lost dutch.  Dont know why but I fewl this was all a desperation attempt to disgust us so much that we would resign, pretty much your one and only chance to win.

Anyone looking in on this game does not know that I told cow and veq from the beginning that I was going to treat cow like he has treated others.  Seems he doesnt like his own treatment coming back at him as I suspected he wouldnt.

I just hope this all is not hypocrisy, and that the outrage would be equally intense when Cow would have made such a comment about innocent Iraqis killed in a terrorist attack. As unnecessary and as insensitive as this comment from Cow really was. And yes, I dare comparing senseless killings. I am saddened that the world wide reaction to a human tragedy is so distorted, and that takes nothing away from my sympathy for the killed and maimed in Boston. But this thread brings out the worst, really, and one side really cannot claim the high ground here with all this personal attacks going on, way before Boston. I lose civil liberties over this. Cops just barge in to homes searching and seizing properties without a warrent.

The radical right and the radical left are both more rational than our current state of affairs. A culturally isolationist society is a geopolitical dictatorship, then they wonder why things happen! At some point you got to calm down, take a step back and ponder ask a simple question, “why is this happening? what created this guy?” Then you can make more rational decisions.

Meanwhile global warming sinks islands a few thousand years early and these islanders have the lowest carbon footprint.

Bold, you are absolutely nothing but a BULLY in my book.  You can go on and try to justify yourself, but in the end you have permanently damaged your reputation on this forum.  You should hang your head in shame for becoming something several times worse than the thing you were trying to fight.

Dutch, I sympathize with you.  I too have requested from the beginning that Bold and Cow shut the hell up, and despite requesting bold to take his comments to his separate specific “shit-talk thread”, he has continuously broken that promise.  I disagree quite strongly will Cow’s political position, and am slightly offended that you think we are fit for each other.  I consider myself to be very patriotic and am very saddened by what happened in Boston, but I also maintain that a joke is a joke and while tasteless it is nothing to get too offended over.  Several of my friends are or have been in the military, and they have quite dark humor, and it does not make them any less human, less patriotic, or less caring.

On the issue of the game, I am willing to play it out between Dutch and Myself in a new thread, without Garg’s edits, but with all of Bold’s edits from UK’s last turn.  Our team mates can help, but without commenting or posting at all.

This site does not allow political discussion. Saying my joke was in bad taste was political in and of itself and then they called me a sympathizer asking me to recant. This got political fast. I live in a US occupied state and America is hysterical from my point of view.

I prefer playing the axis for a reason. When Larry Harris made AA50 and the axis typically won in both scenarios out of box, I thought about what the world would be like if the axis won, and I realized it might not actually be as bad as I was previously led to believe. So I prefer the axis winning WWII and I prefer to play the axis even if it means giving up a high bid.

Veqryn do not be upset about stuff being added in mid game. We have to deal with the meddling.

Just do not allow edits anymore, because you are not going to need them.

Veq you have a pretty big blind spot buddy.  I TOLD you I was going to give cow his own medicine.  Just like many of us have told you about simple issues that can be fixed in tripleA to improve the playability.  Seems you just decide to hear only what you want to hear.

Gosh veq one fighter sure has you completely up in arms!  Is that why neither of you can apologize, because you are scared to death of one little ftr?  I would be willing to apologize for my comments in this thread if they hurt your feelings veq.  But if what cow has said doesnt cause you consternation then I think you are the one being fake in trying to play up me being a “bully” even though I have said clearly many times that I am playing an alter ego to give cow a taste of his own treatment.  Cow is the bully veq, thats as plain as day.  Yes I have been “bullying” him in this thread but for a very good reason.  I guess he decided that rather than learn his lesson and shut up he had to go and turn up the offensiveness 100 times.

I would agree to veq and dutch playing it out with cow and bold completely silent (my earlier suggestion) but I think your solidarity with cow in his statements is likely an issue that cannot be overcome for Dutch.

You can right well go stuff yourself Bold.  You have absolutely no idea how many hours I put into making and improving TripleA. 
I have made over 200+ code commits and 160+ changes and features to the engine since 1.6.1.4 came out, including a great many that have been requested or suggested by a variety of users on this forum and other forums.  I put in roughly 20+ hours per week, with virtually no compensation in any form, all for the love of the game and for the love of the community.

I stand by my statement that you are a bully.  Two wrongs do not make a right, and you have become a complete a**#### in this entire thread, from start to finish.  If this was some private game between you two then I would have thankfully never found out about your darker side.  You and Cow deserve each other.

I’m already said my piece about what I think of Cow’s little joke, and I think I have elaborated enough on how I think that humor is a net positive in the world.  Any other comments by Cow I can not condone, and I certainly do not condone or even remotely agree with his political opinions.

I have had enough of this thread and will not participate in it any further.  I will talk to dutch via private messages.

Cow had it coming I dont know why you refuse to admit the obvious.

I am thankful for your hard work and will be happy to contribute financially to further development.  I mean when suggestions are made to allow conformance to the rules and you say something like “well that will never affect anything” its clear you arent REALLY listening with an open mind.  And that seems to be the case now.  You want to focus only on what you see as bad behavior from my end while you have watched opponent after opponent get bullied by your own teammate.  I told you I was going to fight fire with more fire…  its all in the pms man.

Ok I dont believe its the ONLY way but in practice unfortunately it is true much more often than not.

I have a feeling the only way this one will ever get finished is mano a mano cow vs bold.  I dont think dutch wants anything to do with either of you and im only willing to consider continuing because cow needs a giant smackdown more than he needs just about anything else.  I will play for the victims at boston and for the many millions who were killed by the fascists cow wishes had won the war.

At this point I am going to say that no matter what, when this match continues, I will say NOTHING FURTHER in this thread or any other about this game until its completion.  At this point the axis cause is hopeless and cow needs to see it happen.
