Global 2nd edition set up and Erata

Hi folks,
I have the first edition, and don’t play with bids. And my brother and I always felt that the game was unbalanced. I am interested in the second edition and I saw the rules posted, but wondered: 1. Can someone post the set up for the board; and 2. Is there an Erata for 2nd edition yet?

The rules for Alpha 3+ are pretty consistent with the second edition rules.

Thanks so much! Very cool. I appreciate it, and might test this with my Global first edition. I like the global, but man it is a long game. I think AA50 is one of the best!
