this is the the wierd first game we were going with no collect on allies tt recptured for around right? Does that mean india has 2 IPCs too many for FIC and maybe USA for Java?
Have we been remebereing that? -
I haven’t been remembering that at all… not even a little bit. Pretty important - how often would it apply? Every single time there is a traded space on the islands? Did we do a good enough job taking that into consideration when we implemented the rule? I do realize it helps the European Allies in Africa…
Let me know the rule again so I can try to figure it out, and how far it goes back.
