You can’t move into German East Africa. The Ottomans can only withdraw to a territory that either has a unit of their power or a territory controlled by their power. So only Portugese East Africa works. Tell me what you want to edit. Luckily it doesn’t matter for the Italian and US turns so I’ll get on with those anyway.
