    OK.

    1. IDK what happened but I screwed up the first time I tried to do this. In that first try, I LOST against the Cruiser. So, if there is a way for you to bring back the German cruiser and kill my sub. We need to do that.
    2. Also, please edit the all important game changing Frenchman to French Equatorial Africa

    PS. The first time I did it, it seemed as if the game bypassed my Non combat move and went straight to place units, I panicked and just reloaded the saved game.
