    You gave me too many targets to choose. I think I’ve chosen well in the end but I wanted to hit Burma. Although a sub to SZ41 would probably have been better than a second one in sz37.

    Well, it would be a losing move to not put down an IC in FIC. If I didn’t move now it would be harder to put it down later. And the 3 land units it will build next turn will really help with holding it. I did have a brief think about it but I decided it was necessary and I could put down enough air to hold it.
