Hirohito desu. Mijn gewaardeerde bondgenoot en ik hebben net hoog overleg gehad in Adolfs bunker. Conclusie: wij geven ons over en doen op dramatische wijze onze brillen af.
Voornaamste reden voor mij: wanneer we Moskou eenmaal veroverd hebben denk ik dat het ons alsnog niet gaat lukken om Caïro te veroveren. Wat betreft toernooiregels zit dit spel overigens wel in onze pocket: 137 glorieuze IPCs voor axis na Duitslands laatste beurt :-)

Voor een axis land zat er wat weinig progressie in aan mijn front. Ik ben wel dolgelukkig dat de inwoners van Germania nooit Russisch hebben hoeven leren.

Ik moet eerlijk zeggen dat Stalin reeds begonnen was met het bestuderen van katakana.
Maar inderdaad zal cairo een erg moelijk opdracht worden.Ik heb reeds de koude oorlog verklaard aan de US. Ik hoop deze voor 1950 te hebben gewonnen.

Het was mooi dat Engeland zo aanwezig was in het Midden-Oosten. Waardevolle move m.i… Als Japan zit je te schreeuwen om meer fabrieken aan het front maar ik kon geen 2-punters veiligstellen. Als Japan ooit z’n handen weet te leggen op fabrieken rond Irak enzo ben je wel de sjaak gok ik. Verder kudos voor het gebruiken van de Bosporus, leuk om eens te zien (als neutrale toeschouwer dan :P )

Als niet neutrale speler vond ik het een klassieke Janetten-actie. Maar dat is een game-decider die je net als Berlijn maar 2 keer gaat gebeuren (of vaker als er bier in het spel is) :P

Ik heb het idee dat iedereen heel tevreden is dat ze hun hoofdsteden nog hebben. De mijne heeft er wel eens precair bijgelegen maar dat had dus nog wel wat riskanter gemogen :)
