But if you look at the map or the NCM record, the UK never moved 3 art, 3 inf into SZ110. Nor could that fit on only two transports.
So you removed (in reality) 2 inf, 2 art, 2 tt with EDIT, and then you added back to the map a total of 3 inf, 3 art, 2 tt.
This can also verified by looking at the TUV totals: 651 for UK when you first turn on EDIT goes to 685 when EDIT is turned off, which is 7 IPC more than expected.

Agreed, Im not sure what happened. When I saw that the system removed 3 inf and 3 art I thought it I accidently loaded an inf and art on a us transport. It looks like since the edit happened during the non combat the units never moved.
London started with 5 inf and and 4 art and that what it should have ended up being since I moved exactly what I placed with the two transports. Im sorry I was in a rush and mossed this error. Thank you for finding it and please correct it.
I’ve seen tripleA do this before when removing loaded transports via edit (doesn’t come up very often though).
