I am adding +2 ipcs to the Russians I forgot they can’t be convod in Norway. I also forgot in the previous turns. However it is to late to rectify that.

If we can keep track, I don’t mind if you add the IPCs you would have lost in previous turns as well.
Hell, after that amazing die rolling, I’m feeling pretty generous.
And there is SO MUCH to keep track of with IPCs in this game, it’s amazing we aren’t making more mistakes.

If I repair 18 damage, I can build a maximum of 8 units (which I did). So I am unsure what the problem is.
