    I allow the edit but as dice were involved I like to be very correct.
    As you only had 1 hit round 1 we need to figure out if exactly the Inf left in Egypt scored the hit.
    So if the 8 sided dice rolls a 1, I would have another defense hit Round 2.

    In all my experience you look at which infantry hit.  The last one missed so the hit would not be taken away.

    I never had such a decision to do so to randomize was/is imo the best way to avoid any result orientated bias.
    If it is common practice we could establish it from now. But as we discussed already, this should happen too often.

    However: I still believe that to randomize is the best way to handle such things because it avoids that one could be influenced by the seen dice - despite the fact that some dice have to be rolled. So I am happy do allow such edits in the future, I would simply stick to roll dice in that cases.

    Here is a little edit, hope you don’t mind. I hate the convoy roll happen because they are dice. However there is no way they can influence NCM in the middle east.
