  • I am not sure if the Chinese can loose IPC to blockades. I think they can not. It is probably a Triple A bug. If U re not sure too i ll contact some other players, and add Chinese 1 IPC. But it is not that urgent. I am going for a walk and i ll play UK then.


  • I could not find anything in the rule book that exempts china.
