After posting I noticed I did not collect Novgorod national objective money.I also looked at history and noticed I did not collect novgorod money from last turn as well!

I think we need 1.7.0.3 version of triplea. It fixes the bug of not getting NOs for certain territories. I don’t know yet if that’ll fix things for this game or just for future games. But I’m DLing the newest version now.
