    I just realized that it is possible for Germany to sink the 3 American transports in SZ91.

    Germany can “attempt” to clear SZ110 (even by sending a single submarine)  and thus create a potential landing spot because Germany’s carrier could potentially move to SZ104.

    Of course, what will almost certainly happen is that Germany fails to clear SZ110 and the plane sent to SZ91 falls into the ocean, after it sinks all the undefended transports (because, barring miraculous dice, the carrier remains blocked).

    Given that you might be unaware of this rule, I thought I should offer you the opportunity to move your American transports somewhere safer (though you would also need to move the men they deposited in Morocco).


  • Dang… you’re right. Thanks for pointing that out. Remembering the rule, I would’ve put the 101 tranny in 106 and brought the brit destroyer from 109 to 91 to protect the other 2 trannies. If that’s acceptable I’d prefer it. If not, you can go ahead and kill them. I missed it and won’t throw a hissy fit over my own negligence :P. I do hate that rule though, there’s enough already in this game to try and keep straight ;).

    I accidentally moved 2 destroyers to SZ42 and had a cruiser left to block in SZ55.  I meant to move 1 destroyer and 1 cruiser to SZ42 and use the other destroyer to block in SZ55, so I used EDIT to swap the ships.

    If you object to that change, you can use EDIT to swap the destroyer now in SZ55 for one of the cruisers now in SZ42.
