Actually I think I will concede here. This game will be an Axis victory. Thanks for the game. If you accept my concession, we can start a new game. My German bid will be 4 infantry in Romania.

The reason why I think it will be an Axis victory is that Moscow is going to fall and the Allies haven’t been able to put pressure on the Germans and will not be able to before Moscow falls.
