I thought (almost sure) that you cannot load trasp if there is an enemy tras in the loading SZ, that’s why I moved my sub there…
I’m pretty sure cause once a friend purchased a brit sub in SZ113 (in a game like this) and I was not able to load units and move to MED Sea…

@malmessi74 No problem about the edit, sure. Regarding subs, I am not sure exactly how it works, but I know I have once lost the live board game because I thought subs are stopping enemy inf invasion to Berlin. We checked the rules then, they did not, unfortunately. Maybe this is the same case?

@nikola1975 This is from the official rulebook, I believe this explains what happened here, because Americans have declared war in that round:
Once a state of war is entered into, all territories and sea zones controlled by or containing units belonging to the power or powers on which you declared war instantly become hostile to your units, and the normal restrictions of moving into or through hostile spaces apply, with one exception. During your Combat Move phase in which you entered into a state of war, your transports that are already in sea zones that have just become hostile may be loaded in those sea zones (but not in other hostile sea zones).
