Neither of your purposed edits would have affected my move, or your possible reactions to mine. Just wanted to point out a 3 US fig trade for a fig, tac, cruiser at the end of the shallow (but growing) us logistical train wasn’t worth it. Would have weakened us fleet defense considerably to enter a sea zone where every pip matters. You could have done it as a set up to wear done us air - a worth it move if your income is in the 75-80. Not so much with your current income.
And this move ties in the subs/ca from sz10.

I definitely am unsure of the rules. But I believe you will be unable to load those transports unless you clear that sea zone. If 125 touches Norway or 126 you can load them there. Am I correct in this reading?

It is a hostile sea zone. I can not load transports in SZ 112 during CM. If I clear sea zone, I can load them in NCM.
