  • For some reason I can’t upgrade the mIC in Berlin. Trying to figure out why, but it should be possible. Is it the dmg? Must be a bug in that case.

    It stays as far as I am aware. If you remove the damage and can then upgrade it, you would have to reinstate the damage.


  • Found the rule on p 27 in a pdf-version. Is not in the mobile friendly version.

    β€œA damaged minor complex may not be upgraded, so any damage on the industrial complex must be repaired at the same time that the upgrade is purchased.”

    So I must ask if you’re ok with a change of purchase?

    Bought 6 inf, 2 art, 2 fig, MIC-upgrade.

    Thinking it should be ok to change the 2 art to 2 inf and have the mIC repaired.
